Grants, Loans, and Subsidies

The Canadian Government makes grants and loans available. 
Here are three sources:

1. ✦The Co-Vision Start-Up Financing Program helps entrepreneurs start up new businesses by providing them with long-term loans.
   

2. ✦The Micro Loans for Small Business Program provides loans through financial institutions to entrepreneurs for small business start-up or expansion in western Canada.
   

3. ✦Women’s Enterprise Initiative Loan Program
   

The British Columbia Government makes grants and loans through the Ministry of Small Business, Technology and Economic Development.

The Nuu-chah-nulth Economic Development Corporation offers commercial loans and subsidies to First Nations individuals and tribal enterprises.
